Row-level data isolation
Every user's data is isolated at the database level. You can only see and manage your own contact submissions and account information. No user can access another user's private data — this is enforced by our database security rules, not just the UI.
What data we collect
We collect only the information you provide: your name and email when you create an account, and the details you submit through contact forms or farm listing requests. Farm directory listings (farm name, location, products, practices) are public by design so users can discover them.
Admin-managed farm listings
Farm listings are curated by our team. Only administrators can create, edit, or remove farm listings to ensure accuracy and quality. Users can submit farm listing requests, which are reviewed before being published.
Platform security
Our platform runs on secure cloud infrastructure with HTTPS encryption for all traffic. Server-side validation protects against malicious input, and all form submissions are validated and sanitized before processing.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us through the contact page and we'll respond to your request. You can also delete your account, which removes your personal information from our systems.
