Ferma Baciu

Family-run integrated cattle farm in Călărași county, raising quality Romanian beef at the highest European standards since 1993. Cattle are raised with farm-grown cereals in a circular, sustainable system. Produces beef, organic cheese, and milk products, sold through specialty stores in Bucharest and Călărași and served at their farm-to-fork restaurant. All beef is free from hormones and antibiotics.
